Terms & Conditions — tk1975 Bangladesh

To register and maintain an account on the tk1975 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had a tk1975 account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of tk1975 or any of its affiliated technology or payment partners.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number registered to your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay wallet. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

tk1975 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme to verify the identity of all account holders. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle, including but not limited to: upon registration, before your first withdrawal, when your cumulative withdrawals exceed a defined threshold, or when our security systems flag unusual account activity.

Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. tk1975 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation including proof of address or source of funds at its sole discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until compliance is achieved.

All financial transactions on the tk1975 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are accepted: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. tk1975 does not accept cash deposits, bank cheques, or cryptocurrency transfers.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 BDT. Deposits are credited to your tk1975 account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. tk1975 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or maintenance windows at payment providers.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the operating hours of our payments team (BST, UTC+6). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing with the tk1975 support team. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. Where a conflict exists between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall take precedence for that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement is fully completed.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 40x the bonus amount, as specified per promotion.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the validity period stated in the promotion details.
• tk1975 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. tk1975 may restrict bonus eligibility based on deposit history, account status, or geographic considerations at its sole discretion.
• Abuse of the bonus system — including but not limited to bonus-hunting, arbitrage betting, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

The tk1975 VIP programme operates on a points-accumulation basis. Points are earned on qualifying wagers and accumulate toward tier progression (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Black Diamond). VIP tier benefits including cashback rates, withdrawal priority, and account manager access are determined by tk1975 at its sole discretion and may be modified at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tk1975 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and, where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or mathematical vulnerabilities in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players in card games, poker rooms, or any multiplayer environment.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money-laundering, fraud, or financial crime activity.
• Providing false identity information during registration or during KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or anonymisation tool to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including family members.
• Conducting transactions with payment details that do not belong to you or that you are not authorised to use.

tk1975 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion if it reasonably suspects prohibited conduct, even in the absence of conclusive proof, during the period of investigation. Any balance held in a suspended account will be withheld until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation concludes in your favour, your balance will be released in full. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, the balance will be forfeited.

All content on the tk1975 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the intellectual property of tk1975 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform without the prior written consent of tk1975.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk1975 expressly excludes all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

tk1975 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profit, even if tk1975 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The total aggregate liability of tk1975 to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be achieved through direct communication, the parties agree to pursue resolution through good-faith mediation before initiating any other proceedings.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall to that extent be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
